Unit Responsibilities

1. Communication and coordination with the relevant authority at the university regarding this matter.

2. Strengthening relationships and maintaining connections between the college and its graduates.

3. Following up on the professional and personal affairs of the graduates.

4. Creating a database of college graduates and their work places

5. Assisting graduating students in completing their graduation procedures.

6. Issuing periodic newsletters and creating an information bank that includes names, addresses, work status, and professional and academic activities of the graduates.

7. Communicating with graduates through various means of communication to strengthen their connection with the college.

8. Communicating with institutions, companies, and ministries and coordinating with them to recruit the largest possible number of graduates.

9. Conducting surveys related to the number of graduates, their employment and unemployment rate, and providing the relevant authorities with the results to take appropriate action.

10. Maintaining communication between graduates and the university to provide opportunities for collaboration in various research fields.

11. Organizing orientation meetings about the college by inviting relevant sectors.

12. Inviting college graduates who have attained leadership positions to contribute to the college’s development plans.

13. Enhancing the cognitive, technical, and administrative skills of graduates to increase their chances of better employment.

14. Obtaining feedback from graduates regarding developments in their respective fields, which serves as a foundational element in the development of educational systems.
