The Vice-Dean's Office for Educational Affairs and Development conducts a Training Workshop on “Latest Features of Blackboard”

The Vice-Dean's Office for Educational Affairs and Development, represented by the Student Guidance and Rights Unit, organized in collaboration with the Department of Chemistry,  a training workshop titled “Renewed Digital Learning: Latest Features of Blackboard.” The workshop was delivered by Dr. Amani Sharoudah through the Blackboard Ultra system.

The session trained students on how to log in to the system, navigate the main interface, upload lectures and assignments, take online exams, and engage in discussions through forums and virtual classrooms. Dr. Sharoudah also shared valuable tips, including tracking assignment due dates and checking grades after completing assessments.

The workshop further introduced faculty members to tools for preparing courses, uploading content, designing e-activities and assessments, and managing virtual classrooms while monitoring student performance.

At the end of the course, participants’ questions were addressed, and Dr. Sharoudah shared her own course page as a practical guide.
