In the presence of the head of Mathematics Department Dr. Ziad Al-Hussein and faculty members of the department and in the framework of the series of scientific meetings, the Department's second scientific meeting was held and presented by Dr.

The Alumnus Affairs Unit at the Student Affairs Department conducted a training session entitled "How to write a CV" presented by Dr. Ahmed Al-Ma'asri in the presence of a number of alumni from all departments of the college.

The Academic Advising Unit at the Vice-Dean's office of Student Affairs at the College of Science in Zulfi organized a lecture entitled " Positive Vs Negative Use of Internet".

The Mathematics Club, in cooperation with the Students Activity Unit at the College of Sciences in Zulfi, organized a visit to the Al-Qassim Book Fair in the city of Buraidah, where the students learned about the exhibition, books and cultural activities.

A training course was conducted jointly between the Unit of Training and the Department of Mathematics on the theme ‘ impact of soft skills on social life’.

The Academic Affairs Unit in cooperation with the Training Unit and the Deanship of Library Affairs at the University organized a training program for the students of the College on the use of electronic databases and the Saudi digital library.

The College of Science in Zulfi received MU Rector Dr. Khalid Al-Muqrin and the Vice-Rectors, Dr. Mosallam AL-Dousary, Dr. Ahmad Al-romaih and Dr. Abdullah Al-Shayae.

The Department held a workshop entitled “Using Math Type in Writing Graduation Projects”. Dr. Muhammad Mahjoub presented the workshop and talked about downloading and installing the software, writing the equations and all the symbols used in graduation projects.

Presented by Dr. Ahmed Zidan- Coordinator of Quality Assurance Unit- in the presence of the Head of Department and faculty members, the department held a workshop on quality.

The Training Unit at the College of Science in Zulfi organized a training course for faculty members on the theme: "The importance of Academic Advisors in Education" presented by Dr. Omaima Al-Nour from the Mathematics Department.
