The Academic Research Unit at the Vice-Dean's Office of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research held conducted a lecture entitled "University-Industry Partnership in Conducting Medical Research" on Tuesday, 10/07/1439.
Dr. Mohammed Yousif Abdullah Yousif, a Faculty Member at the Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging, presented this lecture.
He discussed the importance of cooperation and partnership between universities and companies in conducting research in the medical field, as the universities, companies and society as a whole can benefit greatly from medical case studies in addition to the fact that companies are able to fund medical research with budgets that academic research laboratories often fail to get.
Dr. Mohammed Yousef, made a number of important recommendations in this regard.
More than 20 faculty members participated and commended the lecture.
