Applied Medical Sciences Students Visit the Armed Forces Hospital in Riyadh

As part of developing and improving the College of Applied Medical Sciences’ students' skills, the Medical Devices Technology Department’s students paid a visit to the Armed Forces Hospital in Riyadh. The visit, which took place on Thursday, 23/1/1437 AH, was supervised by Dr. Tarek Al Qahtani, the assistant professor at the Medical Devices Technology Department and the head of the Radiology and Medical Imaging Department. The students were met by both, Dr. Mohammed Al Suheim, the Director of the Medical Engineering Administration at the Armed Forces Hospital in Riyadh, and Dr. Ibrahim Andigani. The purpose of this visit was to introduce the students to the medical equipment and medical workshops management system as well as the work procedures and the policies in place.

At the end of the visit, Dr. Al Qahtani extended his thanks and appreciation to Dr. Al Suheim and Dr. Andigani, and to the working team for their warm welcome and the success of the visit, which had a positive impact on the students’ academic achievement.
