The Unit Working Mechanism

First: Internal Working Mechanism: 1. Communicate with all MU medical departments in Saudi Arabia to identify their needs and objectives of seminars, courses and other activities. 2. List all these needs and objectives and set up a plan for implement them. 3. Collaborate with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as well as local and global medical societies to make a schedule for the needs of medical departments and the objectives of the Deanship of Community Service and Continuous Education. 4. Announce and set up medical seminars, workshops, courses and other activities based on the implementation plan and the schedule. 5. Identify beneficiaries’ satisfaction via surveys and feedback 6. Improve the implementation plans on regular basis to serve the objectives of the DCSCE and meet the needs of the CMEU beneficiaries. Second: External Working Mechanism: 1.
