Dear Student: After the announcement of the beginning of the registration period that is stated in the calendar, access the universities' Unified Electronic Admission webpage (Majmaah University - King Saud University - Salman bin Abdulaziz University – Shagrah University) on the following link: http://w1.ksm-admit.net/ have an idea about our specializations available for admission as well as the conditions and criteria for university admission. Then log on to the new admission provided link on the home page of the Unified Electronic Admission Portal, you will see the next screen, enter your civil record number and the mark of the Competence Test (you can inquire about the mark of Competence Test by clicking here) and key in the highest mark obtained in the Competence Test, then enter the code shown in the image, then continue registering. After that, you will see the next screen, fill in the fields carefully and remember that in the case of inaccurate data input your admission might be canceled. After a full data entering is done press OK. Then continue the registration, you will see the (Discipline Selection Screen), as shown below, click on the desired type of discipline with keeping in mind the following: - if the section of secondary school study was Art or an equivalent section choose "the rest of the colleges" note that (you will not be able to choose the Medical Colleges, they are exclusive to Science Secondary School Section) - if the section of secondary school study was Science or an equivalent section, choose one of these two disciplines (the Medical Colleges or the rest of the colleges) After choosing the type of discipline press (Submit the Discipline). You will see the (Desires Screen), as shown below, select the following parameters or some (kind of study - Degree - the Classroom - the University) or (Select All) to show all specializations. Enter your desires required prioritized, enter the largest possible number of specializations in more than one university where the program displays to the student all the specializations that are compatible with the minimum registration requirements according to the average mark of the student. It does not mean in any way the student admission in any of the disciplines that are shown is guaranteed, the more desires being entered means more chances of admission to a university. After filling the desires press (Save Desires). You can print your desires choices to see them at a later time. After the entry of desires, as shown below you can add, delete or rearrange the wished desires during the registration period until the due date of closing the Unified Electronic Admission Portal by pressing the up or down arrows next to the desire. After pressing (Save Desires) you will receive a SMS message on your mobile phone informing you "desires were being saved". We'll be shown the procedures acceptance screen, study it and then go to the questionnaire. At this point you have successfully completed the registration process. General Notes: - You can amend the personal data or desires during the registration period stated in the admission calendar. - After the electronic registration is due the admission will be carried out on the biases of comparison between the applicants competitively according to the admission criteria (weighted and equivalent percentage), according to the order of desires, the availability of seats and the colleges' admission requirements at the university. Candidate Students to sit for the personal interviews at colleges that require a personal interview will be informed about the interviews schedule through accessing the Unified Electronic Admission Portal on the specific day. After comparison, the admission results will be announced on the Unified Electronic Admission Portal, and the student must access the Unified Electronic Admission Portal and click on (Former Registration) , then enter your civil record number and password to view the result. A student who has been notified of his admission by the Unified Electronic Admission Portal must take the initiative to print the application form from the portal and sign it, then send it with the required documents via Express Mail on the time specified.
