Dear Graduate,

The Deanship of Admission and Registration at Majmaah University is pleased to organize the 16th Graduation Ceremony, held under the patronage of Her Highness Princess Noura bint Mohammed Al Saud, wife of the Governor of the Riyadh Region, on Monday, 14 Dhul-Qi’dah 1446 AH.

We greatly value your cooperation by adhering to the following guidelines:

Event Details:

  • Gate opens for graduates and invited guests at 9:30 AM through the Eastern Gate.

  • Venue: Majmaah, Administrative and Supportive Deanships Building No. (3)
     Location on Google Maps

Arrival and Procession:

  • All graduates must head to their designated gathering point on the first floor at 10:00 AM to prepare for the procession.
    (Each college will be identified with a sign.)

Important Rules:

  • Entry is only permitted with an official invitation card.

  • Children are not allowed.

  • Attire must be modest and appropriate for the academic setting. Graduates must wear the official graduation gown provided by the Deanship of Admission and Registration.

  • Photography is strictly prohibited outside designated areas. Unauthorized photography of others may lead to legal consequences.

  • Flowers, gifts, and other items are not allowed inside the venue.

To Ensure a Smooth and Successful Procession:

  • Walk in an orderly manner behind your classmate without stopping for photos, gifts, or other interruptions.

  • On the seating platform, do not leave empty spaces between you and your peers.

  • Do not stand or leave the seating area during the ceremony.

  • Please cooperate with the procession organizers and adhere strictly to the instructions provided.
