Important Instructions

Welcome, dear graduate!

The Deanship of Admission and Registration congratulates you on your graduation and wishes you all the best in the future. To help ensure the success of the ceremony and a smooth graduation procession, please adhere to the following instructions:

• The ceremony venue gate will open at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, 9 Dhul-Qi'dah 1446H, via the Eastern Gate.

• Ceremony Location: Majmaah, Building of Administrative and Supporting Deanships No. (3)

• All graduates must head to the gathering point on the first floor at exactly 3:00 PM.
  (Each college will be marked with its name on a designated signboard.)

• Only one guest is allowed per graduate.
  Guest entry depends on seat availability.

• Children are not allowed.

• Please cooperate with the ceremony organizers and follow all instructions carefully.

• Dress Code:
  University-provided bisht – White thobe – White ghutra and agal – Black shoes.
