Required Documents for Admission (For Students)
1- The nomination notice that you print from the unified site of the electronic admission portal.
2- The Original High School Certificate + (2) copies.
3- (2) copies of the national Identification card.
4- (2) 4x6 colour photographs (taken against a white background and the student must write his double name on the back of each photo).
5- The applicant’s employer consent for public and private sectors employees.
Place of documents delivery
after printing the nomination notice and completing all admission requirements These documents are sent to the Deanship of Admission and Registration at Majmaah University via the Saudi Express Mail through its spread offices throughout the Kingdom. Therefore, the University will not accept any documents that don’t reach the Deanship of Admission and Registration via the Saudi Express Mail.
Manual delivery of documents to the University is not accepted. And it’s pointed out that the Deanship of Admission and Registration will not consider any admission files that arrive after the appointed deadline of documents submission, which is listed in the admission calendar, resulting in the cancellation of the student’s admission.
