The Deanship of Admission and Registration announces External and Internal Transfer Regulations

1. What is External Transfer to Majmaah University?

An external transfer is an academic process that allows a student to move from their current university to another institution, in accordance with specific terms and regulations, and within a timeframe approved by the University Council.

Majmaah University, represented by the Deanship of Admission and Registration, has announced the regulations and conditions for external transfer from other universities to Majmaah University for the academic year 1447 AH.

2. What is an Internal Transfer Between Colleges at Majmaah University?

An internal transfer is the process by which a student moves from one major to another within Majmaah University. This academic option is available to students who are unable to continue in their originally admitted major due to academic reasons, a mismatch with their interests, or failure to meet specialization requirements within the specified timeframe.

Students may submit an internal transfer request through the Internal Transfer Service available in the University’s academic system.

Important Note:
The internal transfer service is available only during the period specified in the University Academic Calendar. Requests submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered. Applicants must also meet all announced regulations and eligibility requirements.
