Physics Department wins 7th place in Qiyas Tests

The Physics Department at the College of Science in Zulfi won the 7th place in the Qiyas tests (for teachers) at the country level. The aim of these tests is to measure to what extent the applicants for teaching position have met the minimum requirements.
The courses taught for students at the physics department (core or elective) are the same ones offered in world’s renowned universities. The primary aim of the study plan set by the department of physics is to equip BA students with the basics of both theory and practices in physics.
Qiyas test is designed by the National Center for Assessment with rigorous standards to ensure that applicants for the position of teaching are highly qualified and competent to contribute in improving the learning process.
