Zulfi College of Education Holds a Workshop on Using Google Docs

Under the auspices of Zulfi College of Education, and in collaboration with the English Language Departmen, the Training Unit at the Quality Center held on Tuesday 08/05/1437 AH, a workshop on “Using Google Docs” in the E-Learning Hall, presented by Dr. Abdul Karim bin Saji Al-Harbi. The purpose of the session was to clarify the following: -How to use Google Docs? - Google Docs applications. -The importance of using Google Docs. –Content. Dr. Al-Harbi also explained that Google Docs are accessible from Google Drive, which is considered a personal storage for files that can be accessed from anywhere. Moreover, the Google Docs service features the ability to create and edit files, and to enable certain people to edit these files and add to them, which is very useful in many fields, especially scientific research fields. Furthermore, Google Drive provides various models of questionnaires and surveys that can be send via e-mail, which can be edited using Excel procedures in order to obtain a graphical summary of the results of the questionnaires.
