Goals

- Developing a strategy for scientific research and mechanisms to follow up 

- Improving the college's capabilities in the fields of graduate studies and scientific research.

- Preparing the college to excel nationally and internationally

- Follow up on admissions processes for postgraduate studies.

- Supervising the college's postgraduate studies operations, exams, and committees.

- Supervising the process of providing financial fund for research 

- Receiving and following up the department's needs of researchers, faculty members and teaching assistants in different disciplines.

- Supervising the college scholarship students abroad.

- Receiving applications of postgraduate students 

- Receiving department's decisions regarding graduate student applications and forwarding them to the Deanship of Graduate Studies after being approved by the college council.

- Supervising requests of deferment and excuse as well as add/drop courses in accordance with the regulations and decisions issued for graduate students.

- Coordinating with the Deanship of Scientific Research, research center and other research institutions with regard to conducting and funding research.

- Coordination with the Department of Recruitment of Faculty Members and Researchers for the recruitment process.

- Encouraging the establishment of scientific chairs or research centers 

- Submit periodic reports to the Dean of the College on the progress of work in his units
