Exam Anxiety Between Success and Failure   In the context of exam preparation, a training session entitled “Exam Anxiety Between Success and Failure”was organized on Monday, 27/3/1438 AH. The session took place in the main building and presented by Dr. Najla F. Abu-eid, an assistant professor of curricula and teaching methods in College of Education.   Introducing students to the meaning of exam anxiety, discussing its reasons, identifying the difference between normal anxiety leading to success and abnormal anxiety leading to failure, and providing  some advice and guidance before and after exams were among other objectives of the session.   Anxiety is simply a normal part of the human experience,so there is no need to worry. But you have to invest  that in your study and make a motivation out of it in order  to work hard and achieve your desires. In case of excessive worry, you have to overcome and treat it earlier.
