Stages And Electronic Admission Procedures At The University Of Majmaah

The follow-up of electronic acceptance phases and admission procedures for students is being done electronically via the electronic admission portal. Therefore, the electronic admission system aims to facilitate the administrative procedures associated with the process of acceptance for students at the university, also it ensures equal opportunities to accept all male and female applicants, and helps them to identify the suitable alternatives among the available programs, so it saves the efforts and time of the student without the need to visit the campus of the university or its branches, and the required documents can be sent by express mail to the university where the university bears the cost of sending.

 First Stage:Pre-submission:

 Second Stage: the initial submission, according to the following procedures:
 at the determined time to open the portal of admission, the student has to get an access to the electronic admission portal on the following link:

 -Filling in the enrollment request data carefully as any errors in data entry may be canceled the acceptance.
 The need to identify the largest possible number of desires as an increase in the number of student desires allows for a greater chance of acceptance.
 Third Stage: the closure of admission portal and the declaration of the candidates ( for Health Colleges that Require Personal Interview):
 
 - The admission portal for health colleges that require personal interview is being closed only, as set in the determined time for the assessment of application , and the applicant to health colleges that require personal interview should access the - electronic admission portal at the determined time on the assessment of - application, to view the result of nomination and the time and place of the personal interview. 
- The student can check the result of the interview through the portal.
 In case of failure to pass the personal interview, the student must access the portal and rearrange the desires
- Colleges that require personal interview are: (Faculty of Medicine in Majmaah-Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences in Majmaah-Faculty of Dentistry in Zulfi).
Fourth Stage: Announcement of candidates for admission:
 after the end of the specified period for the electronic submission, the nomination of applicants is being done through trade-off among competitive applicants according to the eligibility criteria set forth, and in the order of desires, and the availability of seats, and the admission requirements for colleges. Student should access his own account via the unified site of the electronic admission portal to see the result of his candidacy. 
Fifth Stage: Send the required documents via mail:
 the student who has been nominated for acceptance should access his account in the unified site of the electronic admission portal and print out the nomination form and sign it, then send it together with the required documents during the specified period as described in the nomination form, and deliver it to the nearest mail express office, to be noted that the University bears the cost of sending the documents, also the university will not deal with any documents do not reach to the Deanship of Admission and Registration via express mail, and will not be receiving any papers being handed personally to the campus of the university. - The student must retain sufficient copies of the documents before sending them to the university. – Acceptance of the student in the specialty which was nominated for will be cancelled if not sending the required documents in a timely manner.
 Sixth Stage: the receipt of documents and examine them : the Deanship receives the documents of student from the express mail office and being examined according to the data entered into the electronic portal, and match them with the original copies and make sure applicants are met the conditions and regulations concerning the admission .
 Seventh Stage: Send university numbers to admitted students: the university numbers are being sent to the admitted students through SMS mobile messages including University ID and password, and the method of access to the academic portal of the student.
