The College's Vice-Dean's Office for Educational Affairs and Development, represented by the Alumni Affairs Unit, organized, in collaboration with the Department of Mathematics, a workshop titled: "How to Reignite Your Passion for Work?"

Career passion is an inner feeling that fills us with enthusiasm, desire, enjoyment, or love for certain things we engage in, whether related to work, study, or learning. It provides us with a sense of internal fulfillment and self-expression.

Some of the causes of losing career passion include: not connecting with your dreams and goals, lack of communication with others or personal relationships, loss of independence, free time, lack of self-reward and motivation, inability to make the right decisions, and being affected by external circumstances.

Signs of losing career passion include constant pessimistic thinking, stress, anxiety, boredom, headaches, and lethargy. The consequences of losing career passion may include excessive irritability.

However, your passion towards work can be reignited by channeling your creative energy, reducing stress, anxiety, and fear, not giving in to difficult circumstances, avoiding thoughts about the future, steering clear of discouraging people, and refraining from comparing yourself to others.
