The Scientific Research Committee at the Department of Computer Science and Information, College of Science in Zulfi, held a seminar on the ability of health information technology (HIT) to improve the quality of health care provided to increase patient safety, reduce medical errors, improve service management and reduce the cost of health care delivery. 

The seminar was presented by Dr. Mansour Al-Ohali, who also pointed to a study in neutralizing the factors and reasons that lead many doctors and nurses not to support HIT, which poses a threat to it. I

The seminar ended by a Q&A session.
