A Workshop entitled “How to create Successful Operational Plan”

As part of its programs to maintain educational process quality, the College of Science in Zulfi conducted a workshop entitled “How to create Successful Operational Plan”.
Presented by the head of mathematics department, the workshop addressed several topics including:
- Importance of planning
- Strategic planning
- Value, vision and mission
- Performance indicators
- Operational planning
- Samples of operational goals
The workshop featured interventions and inquiries raised by faculty members and staff followed by a hands-on training of the prominent aspects of the workshop.
