* Establishing and managing an infrastructure for technical equipment that support turning the university into a digital university.

* Supporting distance education programs and providing a virtual environment suitable for learners to help them communicate with faculty members easily.

* Providing comprehensive interactive electronic services and supporting them with the latest technical equipment necessary for strengthening the role of scientific research in the university.
