Organizational Structure

Reports to: The Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs

Overall Mission

The Mission of the Support Services Department is to empower all departments within the General Administration of Administrative and Financial Affairs. We provide comprehensive administrative, technical, and coordination support to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness. Our work focuses on tracking the execution of plans, reports, and initiatives, while also streamlining operational and control procedures. This contributes significantly to improving institutional quality and fostering greater integration and harmony across all departments.

Key Responsibilities & Functions

Our core tasks include:

  • Partnerships.

  • Custody Management.

    • Developing the Operational Plan.

    • Developing the Strategic Plan.

  • Preparing the Procedural Manual.

    • Preparing the Operations Manual.

    • Preparing the Annual Report.

  • Managing employee cash advances.

    • Submitting and following up on requests for the General Administration via the "e-Procurement" platform.

    • Securing requested items and overseeing their installation.

  • Maintaining and updating the General Administration's webpage on the university website.

    • Representing the General Administration at internal and external conferences and events.

  • Developing and tracking the General Administration's initiatives.

    • Entering and executing volunteer initiatives.

    • Entering and executing workshops and training courses on the "IRTQAA" platform.

  • Preparing and submitting periodic reports to the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs.

  • Managing tasks related to other platforms such as those for volunteering and initiatives.
