Director's Speech

We give Praise to God (Allah) Almighty, the Department of Inventory Control has been established on the purpose of implementing the statutory procedures regarding control and organize entries into and disbursed from the warehouses, to maintain the University properties, and to facilitate warehouse services to all parties at the university. Consequently, the role of the Department of Inventory Control is centered around the process of designing the ways and means that guarantee the verification of exchanging operations and securing items made as planned set and compliant with applicable rules and regulations. To achieve the objectives of the university to the maximum possible extent, this department helps ensure the continuous flow of items and materials according to the needs of the Colleges, Administration, Departments, and all other sectors of the university.
