مهام إدارة خدمات الإسكان : -

1.  وحدة المشرفين :

• متابعة الأبراج بشكل كامل + الموقع العام للإسكان وتوزيع ذلك.
• رفع البلاغات عبر نظام البلاغات.
• متابعة إجراءات الاخلاء واستلام وتسليم المفاتيح.
• رصد المخالفات واستكمال الإجراءات (التعهدات-الغرامات) والرفع بها لوحدة الخدمات.
• اعداد التقارير اللازمة.
• أي مهام يكلف فيها وفق المهام والاختصاصات.

Housing Services Department Tasks: -

1. Supervisors Unit:

- Full monitoring of buildings + general housing location.

- Submitting reports via the reporting system.

- Following up on moving out procedures and receiving keys.

- Monitoring violations and reporting to the Services Unit.

- Preparing the necessary reports.

- Any tasks assigned.

2. Emergency Unit:

- Monitoring risks and emergencies.

- Coordinating with maintenance and security during the evening shift.
