The Vice-Rector of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Shaya, visited the Deanship of Library Affairs.
He was received by the Dean, Dr. Saad Mohammed Al-Falih, and some staff members at the Deanship.
The visit aimed at inspecting various activities at the Deanship and following up the important activities, achievements and future work plans.
In a meeting with the Vice Rector and deanship staff, the Dean of Library Affairs reviewed the plan and the achievements of the Deanship regarding the contracted journals and databases.
He also reviewed the efforts of the Deanship in supplying the central library and the branches in Zulfi, Al-Ghat, Rumah and Hawtat Sudair with books as well as indexing.
The Vice-Rector of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research commended the outstanding efforts of the Deanship and the excellent services provided to the staff and faculty members and students.
The visit was wrapped up with an inspection tour to the library halls, the reading rooms as well as the supply and sorting section.
The Vice Rector had a few conversations with a number of visitors and staff members of the Deanship.
