The Scientific Council Holds its Eighteenth Meeting and Makes a Number of Decisions

The Scientific Council of the University deputy-ship for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research held its eighteenth meeting for the academic year 1435/1436 H, dated 26/04/1436 H, under the patronage of His Excellency the Vice Rector of for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research and Chairman of the Scientific Council, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Shayae, along with the members of the Scientific Council. Dr. Ibrahim Al Husainan, Secretary of the Council, stated that the council discussed a number of topics listed in the agenda, including the promotion of Dr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al Ghumaizy to associate professor in the Department of Educational Sciences at the Faculty of Education at Majmaah University, and the recommendation on the approval of Dr. Mansour bin Khater Al Zahrani (Faculty of Medicine) to travel to the United States of America to attend a scientific session in family medicine. In addition, a discussion of the Scientific Council Committee's recommendation to study the list of scientific communication for studying English Language was held. Moreover, the Council recommended the renewal of one faculty member's contract, as well as the promotion of a number of the faculty members at the university.
