The Vice-Rector for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Mohammed Al-Shehri, chaired the periodic meeting for postgraduate studies and scientific research, which is organized by the Vice-Rector's Office for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, in the presence of the vice-deans for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research and the heads of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research Units.

During the meeting, the dean of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Ali Al-Saawai, highlighted the regulations and policies related to postgraduate studies, and the plan for expanding postgraduate programs.

The Vice-Dean for Postgraduate Studies, Dr. Ali Al-Dukahil, also reviewed discussed some of the feedback received and how to address them. Dr. Bader Al-Shehri, the Vice-Dean for Scientific Publishing addressed the importance of scientific publishing for. The regulations and policies related to scholarships were also reviewed by Ms. Ghalia Al-Furaih, Assistant Director of the Scholarship and Training Department.

At the end of the meeting, the paid program contracts were reviewed along with answering all issues related to them.
