MU'S DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL AFFAIRS PARTICIPATES IN THE 2024 BUDGET FORUM

The director of Administrative and Financial Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Al-Mousa, participated in the 2024 Budget Forum, which was organized by the Ministry of Finance on Thursday, December 7, 2023  at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Riyadh.

The forum, which witnessed representatives from the government and private sectors in the presence of ministers, featured four sessions addressing the government’s performance for the year 2023, the impact of government services on the citizen and the private sector, and future plans and projects.

Mr. Al-Mousa pointed out that the first session focused on the “financial sustainability” and the role of infrastructure and logistics services in supporting economic development, “the impact of enabling investment on economic growth,” and “strengthening the technical sector to enable the digital economy.”

He added that the forum addressed other topics such as “the budget within the framework of developing basic services,” “facilitating business and its role in the economy,” and “the impact of tourism and culture on economic development,”. The third session discussed the “sustainable development" and the fourth on “promising Sectors.”

Mr. Al-Mousa said that MU's participation in the 2024 Budget Forum is in light of the aspirations of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
