* العمل على إنجاز المعاملات الإدارية والمالية بالعمادة.  

* متابعة الأعمال الإدارية والمالية بالعمادة.  

* مراجعة التقييم السنوي لموظفي إدارة العمادة وإبداء الملاحظات عليه وعرضه على العميد لاعتماده.  

* تحديد حاجات التدريب لموظفي إدارة العمادة.  

* تشجيع موظفي إدارة العمادة وتحفيزهم والإشراف على البرامج التحفيزية.  

* إعداد ميزانية العمادة السنوية.  

* تشكيل اللجان لإنجاز مهام إدارية أو مالية.

* Help in completing administrative and financial transactions at the Deanship.

 

* Monitor the administrative and financial work of the Deanship.

 

* Review the annual evaluation of the Deanship administration staff, provide feedback, and submit it to the Dean for approval.

 

* Determine the training needs for staff.

 

* Encourage the Deanship administration staff.

 

* Prepare the annual budget for the Deanship.
