- Coordination with Students’ Affairs Deanship regarding participation in different students’ activities.
- Organizing leisure and scientific trips for all students, teaching staff and administrators.
Activities are considered one of the most important components for the curriculum on the whole and so the Preparatory Year Deanship represented with the committee of students’ activities, which was established by a wise decision from the dean of the Preparatory Year Dr. Waleed Al Bisher.

Quality Unit One of the crucial tasks of the unit at the Preparatory Year Deanship is to enhance the provided learning experience through using the current potentials and the participation of all experienced faculty members.
The Pearson VUE International Testing Center at the College of Computer and Information Sciences offers its services to both students and faculty members of Al Majmaa University as well as the local community in Al Majmaa and surrounding areas.
