A visit to Al Ola Primary School of Quran Memorization in Rawdat Sudair

The Office of the Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education, represented by the Women’s Community Training Center and Rafed volunteer team, visited Al Ola Primary School of Quran Memorization in Rawdat Sudair to conducted workshop.
This workshop came in the context of integrating learning with play program through offering a training workshop and skill booths simultaneously, targeting primary school students.

A workshop on " Gift Wrapping" presented by the Director of the Center, Ms. Kholoud Ja'ilan Al-Rashidi, with the help of Ms. Amal Al-Saeed and Ms. Mawadi Al-Obaili. The workshop focused on teaching the proper packaging method in addition to developing the students' skills in coordinating the tapes with the packaging and reusing the wasted paper and strips. At the end of the workshop, the participants were given presents that they wrapped by themselves.
Rafed volunteer team established booths to enhance the girl’s hand-made skills, namely ‘Making Bookmarks’ and ‘Crystals Design’. At the end of each booth, the student were given the bookmark and the crystal she has made.
The Women's Community Training Center, represented by Ms. Kholoud Ja'ilan Al-Rashidi thanked the school's principle, Ms. Fawzia Al-Noman, and Ms. Nada Al-Humaidi for the invitation and for their contribution in meeting the objectives of this initiative.
The school also thanked Majmaah University, represented by the Rector Dr. Khalid Bin Saad Al Muqrin, Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education, Dr. Omar Bin Mousaed Al Sharufi, Vice Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education, female campus, Dr. Maha bint Ibrahim Al Kalthem, and the Director of Women's Community Training Center Ms. Khulod Ja'ilan Al Rashidi for their efforts in the community service field.
