Deanship of Community Services and Continuing Education holds a Workshop on ‘Keys to Successful Leadership and Professional Communication’

The Deanship of Community Services and Continuing Education at Female Section organized a workshop on the theme of ‘Keys to Successful Leadership and Professional Communication’ on Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m at Women’s Community Training Center.

The workshop was held in recognition of the vital role played by successful communication at workplace.

The workshop was presented by the trainer Ms. Fatima Al-Shetily, and focused on a number of topics, most importantly are: characteristics of leadership, self-awareness, and communication skills for workplace.
The workshop also included the concept of leadership tools that will improve the abilities of trainees and help them to acquire the basic skills of effective communication. To this end, trainees's skills of speaking, listening and dealing with pressure at workplace will substantially improve.

The workshop was attended by 29 trainees from different colleges and a number of visitors who found it informative and expressed their deep appreciations to the Dean of Community Services and Continuing Education Deanship Dr. Omar bin Musa'ed Al-Sharyoufi his Vice Dean of Community Services and Continuing Education Deanship at female section Dr. Maha bint Ibrahim Al-Kaltham for their efforts in all areas of society.
