A SEMINAR TITLED (MOHAMMAD AL-EYSSA: AN ORIGINALITY AND RENEWAL POET OF SAUDI POETRY)

The Arabic Department at Zulfi College of Education held a seminar to discuss a research topic titled (Mohammad Al-Eyssa: An Originality and Renewal Poet of Saudi Poetry), proposed by Mr. Jabr bin Dweihi Al-Fahham, a lecturer in the Department. The meeting took place on Wednesday 1/3/1438 AH at 11.30 am, and was held in the Department Head Office. At first, Mr. Al-Fahham provided a brief summary of his research, including the main ideas, the goal and the proposed plan on how to approach the subject. Then, he discussed a number of examples from his research with the present faculty members from the department. In addition to this, the seminar included the following topics: 1. a brief summary of the poet’s life. 2. Origination of his poetry. 3. Topics of his poetry. 4. Artistic properties of his poetry.
