The Student Support Unit (in the Female sections) in cooperation with the English Language Department presented a course for faculty members entitled "Organizing Academic Advising & Learning": Presented by Dr. Faiza Abdullah Al Hussein, Assistant Professor of Linguistics at the Department of English, on Tuesday 13/5/1439. Activity Hall (83).
The course focused on explaining the aspects of academic advising: (student - educational institution - admission and registration - updates of rules and regulations),
She also explained in details the skills of successful advisors as well as their administrative and organizational roles. The registration requirements and the grades allocated for each course were also highlighted.
