College Of Education In Zulfi Holds A Training Session Entitled “Successful Interviews”

A training session entitled “successful interviews”, was held by the College of Education in Zulfi at the main building (Training and Quality Hall) on Wednesday, 06/02/1437 H, The training course was delivered by Dr. Sana Khater and a large number of female students from different majors attended the course. The training course focused on the following topics: how to prepare for an interview, frequently asked questions in personal interviews and how to answer them, common mistakes that should be avoided during the interview, Interviews based on conducts and the need to follow The STARS Technique which includes (attitude- task - act / behavior- result / results- skill / skills), important tips to avoid incompetent answers and how to conclude the interview. The trainer attempted to engage the female students in the discussion. Some of the commonly English terms were used in the course.
