COLLEGE OF EDUCATION IN ZULFI HOLDS “CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT USING KAIZEN METHODOLOGY”

The College of Education in Zulfi held a training session on using the Kaizen Methodology in education. Dr. Tawfiq Al-Mudaihem gave the session, where he introduced the concept of Kaizen Methodology, its outstanding characteristics and effective strategies in education in addition to its significance in raising the standard of personal and academic levels of both students and staff members. Dr. Mudaihem reviewed some successful experiments in which the Kaizen Methodology had been applied. Further, he suggested some appropriate applications of the Methodology in both the academic and personal environments. The session received genuine admiration from the audience who believe that those sessions are important for both students and staff.
