On the occasion of World Space Week, the College of Science organized a visit to the Astronomical Observatory in Hawtat Sudair. Students were briefed on the observatory's facilities inside the planetarium. They were also educated about the relationship of astronomy to the physics major. Transportation services were provided to make the trip easier and enjoyable.
