Transportation Office at College of Education in Majmaah

One of the supervisors’ duties is to direct female students to register in the university transportation system, update their data at the beginning of each year, and ensure that students benefit from university transportation.

Students' feedback are taken into consideration and solutions are offered. Coordination with the competent authorities is held during emergency cases. Self-service devices were provided by the General Administration to allow students to register, update data and inquire about driver information in the electronic system.

The General Administration of Services also facilitated the process of leaving through follow-up screen as they could check the arrival of bus before leaving the college campus.
