The Director of Administration meets with the Director of General Administration of Organizational Development to measure the compliance with policies and procedures

The Director of Housing met with the Director of the General Administration of Organizational Development to measure the extent to which written policies and procedures conform to work environment. During the meeting, the workflow in the administration was discussed and a number of work elements were evaluated. The effectiveness of the procedural guide and the ease of its application in the administration was evaluated as well as the extent to which the titles are appropriate to the tasks and the actual application of responsibilities and powers in the various departments within the administration.
