The idea of enhancing the workplace in line with the state-of-the-art developments in the field of management is extremely important. With that in mind, Realizing the significance of constant improvement for organizational aspects of the workplace and in line with the rector's directions, MU has engaged seriously in supporting administrative and academic development projects, taking into account the effective strategies for developing performance and meeting the quality standards.

The General Administration of Organizational Development seeks to achieve a milestone in the administration's procedures and practices and maintain improvement to meet the university's requirements. It also conducts organizational studies, designs organizational structures, and develops organizational guides that set the goals and tasks of each unit,  supervises the implementation of procedures and plans that simplify procedures, prepares work reports, and participates in their development.
