المهام :

            ١-الاشراف على اعداد الخطة التشغيلية للعمادة ومتابعه تنفيذها

            ٢-متابعة تنفيذ خطط التطوير والتحسين بالكليات والبرامج الاكاديمية

Tasks of the Vice-Dean's Office for Quality Assurance:

1- Measurement and Evaluation Unit

Tasks:

1- Providing technical support and scientific consultations in the field of measurement and evaluation

2- Developing measurement and evaluation tools that contribute to achieving justice and raising the efficiency of educational outcomes

3- Following-up and reviewing the quality of the results of measuring performance indicators at the university level

١-وحدة القياس والتقويم

المهام :

            ١-تقديم الدعم الفني والاستشارات العلمية في مجال القياس والتقويم

            ٢-اعداد وتطوير أدوات القياس والتقويم بما يسهم في تحقيق العدالة والرفع من كفاءة المخرجات التعليمية

The Vice-Dean's Office for Quality Assurance is affiliated with the Deanship of Development and Quality. Its major responsibility is to maintain quality at the university level, following a methodology that is based on three basic elements: quality management, assurance and improvement. These elements operate within the framework of an integrated system that is the basis of a group of administrative and academic processes, leading to outputs related to teaching, scientific research and community service.

تُعد وكالة ضمان الجودة إحدى الوكالات التابعة لعمادة التطوير والجودة، والمنوط بها ضمان الجودة على مستوى الجامعة، متبعة في ذلك منهجية تقوم على عناصر ثلاث أساسية هي إدارة الجودة وضمانها وتحسينها، في إطار منظومة متكاملة تقوم عليها مجموعة من العمليات الإدارية والأكاديمية، بما يقود لمخرجات مستهدفة تعبر عن مجالات العمل الجامعي في التدريس والبحث العلمي وخدمة المجتمع، لتنتهي هذه المنظومة بتغذية راجعة لجودة المخرجات بما يقود إلى التطوير المستمر لجوانب القوة والتحسين للجوانب التي تحتاج إلى علاج، هذا وتمارس الوكالة عملها وفقا لمعايير المركز الوطني للاعتماد والتقويم في ضمان الجودة، مستخدمة مجموع

The Vice-Dean's Office plays a pivotal role in setting general policies for internal and external academic, program and institutional accreditations. It provides technical support to all university programs to facilitate them in obtaining accreditation. It acts as a link between the university programs and the Education and Training Evaluation Commission as well as external accreditation bodies. The Vice-Dean's Office signs agreements with educational organizations at the national and regional levels.

تعد وكالة العمادة من أهم الوكالات في عمادة التطوير والجودة وتلعب دورا محوريا في وضع السياسات العامة للاعتمادات الاكاديمية البرامجية والمؤسسية الداخلية والخارجية، وتقدم الدعم الفني لكافة برامج الجامعة لتيسير حصولها على الاعتماد حيث تعمل كحلقة وصل بين برامج الجامعة وهيئة تقويم التعليم والتدريب، وأيضا جهات الاعتماد الخارجية. وتقوم الوكالة بعقد اتفاقيات تعاون مع منظمات تعليمية على المستوى والوطني والإقليمي. كما تساهم الوكالة بالتعاون مع وكالة التخطيط و التطوير  في إعداد خطة التدريب والتأهيل لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في مجالات الجودة والاعتماد.

The Planning and Development Vice-Dean's Office in the Deanship of Development and Quality seeks to follow-up the implementation of the Deanship’s operational plan and plans its activities, objectives and services. The Vice-Dean's Office also evaluates the level of performance by analyzing data and writing reports to achieve quality performance. It also provides support to its counterparts to contribute to achieving their objectives and improving their performance. The Vice-Dean's Office supervises the University Rector’s Award for Excellence. 

تعمل وكالة التخطيط والتطوير في عمادة التطوير والجودة على صياغة ومتابعة تنفيذ الخطة التشغيلية للعمادة وتحديد أنشطة العمادة وأهدافها والخدمات التي تقدمها، وتقيم الوكالة مستوى الأداء خلال إجراء تحليل للبيانات والتقارير  بما يحقق جودة الأداء وتحقيق الأهداف. كما تقدم الدعم والمساندة للوكالات الأخرى للإسهام بتحقيق أهدافها وتحسين أدائها، وتشرف بشكل مباشر علىى جائزة رئيس الجامعة للتميز والتي تعتبر من ممارسات نشر ثقافة الجودة بين منسوبي الجامعة وكياناتها.
