The General Administration of Projects, Operation, and Maintenance at Majmaah University is distinguished by its oversight of new developmental projects aimed at enhancing infrastructure and services across the university campus. Among its key achievements is the implementation of advanced systems such as the “Balaghi” Program, which facilitates the reception of maintenance requests, warehouse management, material requisition, and documentation of field inspection tours.

Al-Majmaah University strives to achieve the highest levels of prevention against occupational injuries and the early diagnosis of any occupational diseases affecting its staff. Compliance with the approved occupational health regulations and instructions is considered both an ethical and organizational commitment to promote occupational health, enhance employee productivity at Al-Majmaah University, and reduce occupational injuries.

تسعى جامعة المجمعة إلى تحقيق أعلى درجات الوقاية من الإصابات المهنية، والتشخيص المبكر لأي أمراض مهنية يتعرض لها منسوبيها، وتعتبر  الامتثال للأنظمة والتعليمات  المعتمدة في الصحة المهنية التزام أخلاقي وتنظيمي لتعزيز الصحة المهنية وإنتاجية الموظفين في جامعة المجمعة، والتقليل من الإصابات المهنية

تتميز الإدارة العامة للمشروعات والتشغيل والصيانة بجامعة المجمعة بالاشراف على مشاريع تطويرية جديدة تهدف إلى تعزيز البنية التحتية والخدمات داخل الحرم الجامعي. كذلك من ضمن المنجزات تقديم أنظمة متطورة مثل برنامج بلاغي الذي يتيح استقبال البلاغات، و إدارة المستودعات، طلب المواد، وتوثيق الجولات الميدانية. كما يعمل البرنامج على تصدير تقارير متنوعة حسب المبنى والنوع. كذلك مشروع مبادرة الممشى الذي يهدف إلى تعزيز جودة حياة منسوبي الجامعة من خلال إنشاء ممشى رياضي، مما يسهم في بناء مجتمع جامعي نشط وصحي.

 إعداد التقويم الزمني الجامعي للإجراءات الأكاديمية لطلبة الدراسات العليا.

تحديث واستحداث النماذج الإلكترونية الخاصة بالإجراءات الأكاديمية.

 عقد اللقاءات السنوية لطبة الدراسات العليا.

•  إعداد وتكوين شخصية الطلاب المتوازنة والمتكاملة بما يخدم الدين والوطن.
•  تنمية المهارات الحياتية لدى طلاب الجامعة.
•  إكساب الطلاب المعارف والمهارات في مجالات متنوعة وتدريبهم على استخدام وسائل المعرفة الحديثة.
•  تنمية القيم الأخلاقية والسلوكية لدى الطلاب.

1- To identify the needs of the university as a measure to make the proper decisions based on scientific methods.

2- To improve the means of coordination and cooperation with related sectors in attempt to achieve the objectives of the university and higher education as well as the objectives of the development.

3- To contribute in advancing the efficiency of higher education, inside and outside the university, as well as developing process at various levels.

• Develop and implement university-wide strategies for quality assurance.
• Promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and academic accreditation.
• Support all university units in achieving their quality and accreditation goals.
• Design and implement tools to assess educational performance by measuring key indicators (faculty, staff, students, alumni, etc.).
• Identify strengths and areas for improvement in academic programs and propose suitable enhancement strategies.
