At Majmaah University, we are constantly striving to develop an outstanding infrastructure that meets the needs of the academic community and supports Saudi Vision 2030 in the fields of education and development.
The Administration of Projects, Operation, and Maintenance represents a cornerstone in ensuring the smooth operation of all university facilities and buildings. This success is made possible only through teamwork, sound planning, and innovation.
The challenges we face in this field require us to remain committed to improving performance, optimizing resources, and executing projects at the highest standards of quality. By the grace of Allah and through our ongoing efforts, we are capable of delivering an ideal university environment that reflects the excellence of Majmaah University in all fields and activities.
At this stage, we are taking rapid strides toward the future, aiming to develop new projects that meet the evolving needs of students and faculty members. We continue to enhance all operational and maintenance services to ensure a comfortable and ideal academic environment.

What We Offer?
The General Administration of Projects, Operation, and Maintenance at Majmaah University is distinguished by its oversight of new developmental projects aimed at enhancing infrastructure and services across the university campus. Among its key achievements is the implementation of advanced systems such as the “Balaghi” Program, which facilitates the reception of maintenance requests, warehouse management, material requisition, and documentation of field inspection tours. The system also generates various reports based on building and issue type.
Another notable initiative is the Campus Walkway Project, which aims to promote the quality of life for university staff and students by constructing a sports walking track—contributing to the creation of an active and healthy university community.
In addition, the administration has undertaken the development and renovation of the Majmaah University Camp, which included refurbishing the guest hall and dining area, upgrading outdoor spaces, designing vehicle pathways, landscaping walkways with trees and flowers, and installing interlock flooring, lighting poles, and floodlights. Directional signage and air conditioning systems were also upgraded, making the camp a well-equipped and distinguished service and recreational destination for all university departments.
Moreover, the administration was honored with the Quality and Excellence Award by the University President in recognition of its outstanding efforts in performance improvement and service excellence.
