In attempt to improve the quality of developing and implementing advisory projects, the Institute formed strategic and commercial partners and commercial alliances in a large percentage. The Institute seeks to localize the implementation of projects through the establishment of specialized advisory centers to carry out specialized implementation, including:

1. Leadership and Administrative Capabilities Development Center

2. Health Professional Development and Medical Coding Center

3. Control Center

The Institute provides applied professional consultations in many fields such as medical, engineering, legal, financial, administrative, humanitarian and societal. It also provides supervisory services related to the implementation of projects, and educational, academic and technical advisory work, through work teams from faculty members at the university, or in cooperation with specialized experts or partners to achieve the objectives of beneficiaries.
