Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies visits College of Computer Science and Information

The College of Computer Science and Information Technology received the Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Mohammed Al-Shaya'a, an inspection visit to check the progress of the College.
Prof. Al-Shaya'a commended the accreditation obtained by the College, albeit it was founded recently.

He referred to the accelerated steps taken by the College to boost its graduate studies program as well as the several, local and international, awards won by the College's students.

The Vice Rector reviewed the college statistics in the fields of scholarship-students, training and hiring new faculty members.

Prof. Al-Shaya'a expressed his hope to see the College play an active role in the activities organized by the Vice-Rector's Office such as the Award for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and the University Award for Excellence in Science.

At the end of the meeting, he answered all the faculty members’ questions.
