THE UNIVERSITY BOARD HOLDS THE 8TH MEETING FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 1435/1436

The University Board 8th meeting for the academic year 1435/1436 was chaired by the University Rector, Dr. Khalid S. Al-Mugren (on behalf of the Minister of Education, Dr. Azzam Mohammed Al-Dukheil) in the conference hall with the presence of vice-rectos and deans of faculties and supported deanships.

The University Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research and the General Secretary Dr. Mohammad al-Shayae stated that the meeting was launched by offering Congratulations for the university on the occasion of winning the e-government award which was held in Switzerland.

The board discussed a number of topics including The final report of scholarship and training committee for the academic year 1435/1436, the renewal of some faculty members’ contracts as well as some administrative and academic issues that are of great concern to the university.

The board has also approved a number of issues related to the issuance of MU journal, graduation of students for the academic year 1435/1436, the academic calendar for the academic year 1436/1437 and the university budget for year 1437/1438.
