The Project Management Office handed over a copy of the system to the Vice-Rector's Office for Graduate Studies and scientific research.
The system provides a database of all the knowledge produced by the University to ensure they are saved and can be easily retrieved.
This system consists of two related fields:
A. Knowledge production of the university with its main aspects:
1. Scientific Research
2. Books
3. Activities of scientific events
4. Innovations
5. Production of graduate studies
6. Graduation projects
B. The second Aspects contains Research equipment
