PMO Responsibilities

Project Portfolio Management: Forming a team of Program Managers who have the ability to manage several related projects simultaneously and allocate resources to them.

Evaluation, control and monitor of each project (cost, achievement of objectives, and achievement of enterprise strategies).

Project Support: Provides support to project management teams.

Information store (Data Center) for projects: It contains all the details and data of current and previous projects to facilitate access to information in the future.

Unified methodology: establish a unified reference for managing all projects of the institution.

Training and development: plan and implement the team's needs for training, skills development and capacity building.
