The Department of Facilities and Housing has been working on the completion of the inventory of the University land and buildings in terms of updating contracts, national ID numbers, electricity, sketches, building permits and coordinates for the target places at the current stage. The Director of Housing Department, Mr. Badah Al-Badah, stated that the Department team visited all sites and did inventory of the land and buildings belonging to the University. “We are currently completing the inventory in coordination with other relevant government agencies in all provinces and centers under the supervision of the University to be able to regulate the information via an electronic system”, he said. Al-Badah noted the importance of departments and colleges providing their support and the information needed to complete this “national project”.In this regard, Dr. Al-Dosari- MU Vice-Rector said that the Department of Facilities and Housing has made remarkable efforts in the inventory of the University property and completion of the electronic documentation of its information in accordance with the procedures adopted by the concerned authorities.The Vice-Rector thanked the branches of notary public, municipalities, finance offices and the electricity company in the provinces located within the university community for cooperating to complete the required inventory of the University property.
