Approval of new organizational structure for the management of university council secretariat

Under the supervisor of the vice-rector for graduate studies and scientific research and secretary of the university council, Dr. Ahmed Al-Rumaih, the new organizational structure for the management of university council secretariat was approved.

Dr. Al-Rumaih pointed out that the approval was at the request of MU rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren who is keen to achieve one the university’s values, that is competitiveness.

The advisor and supervisor of the university council management, Dr. Essam Al-Malki, stated that this management is deemed a base for all executive works carried out by the university council. With that in mind, the decision of having a new organizational structure with three departments: Department of Administrative Affairs and Relations, Department of Follow-up and External Communication, Department of Electronic Systems will help in creating conducive environment to ease the workflow.

The new organizational structure will contribute to the progress of the organizational process and speed up procedures.
