The university's football tournament sponsored by MU's rector was launched in the presence of the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Saleh Al-Rashidi, and the vice-dean o for Student Activities, Dr. Khaled Al-Salem. The College of Applied Medical Sciences beat The College of Computer Sciences and Information 3-1, and the College of Sciences and Humanities in Hawtat Sudair defeated the College of Sciences and Humanities in Ghat with a score of 3-0, and the College of Applied Sciences won over the College of Education in Zulfi 9-0.
